Directions:
Chiro Connection is located off of Co. Rd. 101 just north of Hwy 12 at 17235 12th Ave. N., Plymouth, MN 55447. This is a residential neighborhood and the office is connected to a residence. The mailbox at the residence is labeled with Dr. Kyla Awes and there are two driveways at the residence. Please park in either driveway and enter the door labeled with the welcome sign, which enters directly into the office.
Barn Calls
Animal chiropractic appointments are also available at your home or stable. Please Note: For barn calls a one-way travel charge of $1/mile from Plymouth, MN or Prior Lake, MN may be charged.

Initial examination & treatment for horses: $125
Young Horses (up to 2 years of age) & Mini's: $75
Initial appointments for horses usually last 45-60 minutes.
Follow-up appointments for horses: $105
Young Horses (up to 2 yrs) & Mini's: $50
Follow-up appointments for horses usually last 30-45 minutes.
Dogs & Cats
Initial Examination & Treatment for dogs & cats: $70
Puppies & Kittens (up to 1 yr): $50
